I'M NICOLE
hi lovely!
We try to eat well in our family, so bringing snacks into our home that are organic is very important to
us, especially when it is for our children. Annie’s Homegrown has been one of our favorite companies for at least a few years. Before we had kids, we loved their mac and cheese. And after we had kids, cheddar bunnies and fruit snacks became the fave! If you’ve ever had a cheddar bunny, you know how good they are.
Toddlers can be so picky and changing up their meal routine can be a bit challenging, especially for one that doesn’t eat meat. I wanted to find a way to incorporate some different meals, like vegetable soup, into my daughter’s routine.
Tear, fold, wah-la! Can I just say, nothing makes me happier than an easy to open container!
Annie’s organic vegetable soup is made with fun, farm-shaped pasta, delicious veggie broth, and veggies like peas, carrots and corn. It is so comforting and a perfect lunch for my daughter after playing outside on a chilly fall day.
I wanted to make the soup familiar to her, so I crushed up some cheddar bunnies as a topping. She loved it! She asked to do it herself and found it to be so entertaining, as well as stirring the soup around.
Don’t let Dad fool you… he is really stealing a bite. Ha!
How adorable are these pasta shapes?
She was having way too much fun putting cheddar bunnies in her soup!
Nothing makes me happier than feeding my daughter food I know is good for her, from a brand we can trust. There are no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, and none of that high fructose corn syrup junk. Annie’s vegetable soup is certified organic and has 1/2 cup of vegetables per serving! Toddlers tend to eat air so finding a way to introduce her to something new like soup that she actually loves deserves high fives all around! They make other flavors of soup like chicken noodle and tomato too, if vegetable isn’t your thing!
