Ep 2: Cat & Nat – Changing the Narrative Around Mom Guilt

And two of my favorite people that also know this feeling all too well – the hilarious, dynamic duo: Cat & Nat.

With seven kids between the two of them, this witty mom team knows just how lonely and isolating motherhood can be. So, they set out on a mission to bring women and moms together. With honesty and humor, Cat & Nat dismantle the unrealistic portrayals of motherhood that are often presented throughout social and traditional medias. 

One of thoughts that I found super interesting that the girls raised during our conversation was that mom guilt can actually be seen as a privilege. They dive into the fact that if you have enough time to slow down and realize these feelings of guilt – that it is a gift to have that time – because not everyone is fortunate enough to be in that place. Talk about flipping the script, am I right?
